The homepage notification form lets you request information about the Veternis launch and early access options. Submitting it does not create a purchase or subscription, or guarantee a launch date or access.
Personal data requests
For removal from the notification list or requests to access or delete your data, use the methods in the Privacy Notice. Do not include patient records, pet owner information, health data, passwords or payment information in your message.
